Usage / Applications
GripMax Ready Mix Plaster is suitable for both internal and external wall plastering.
1. Surface Preparation
• Clean the wall surface (remove dust, oil, grease, or loose particles).
• Pre-wet the surface with clean water before plastering.
2. Mixing
• Mix 40 kg of plaster with ~10–11 liters of clean water.
• Use a mechanical stirrer for uniform lump-free paste.
• Allow mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then remix before application.
3. Application
• Apply with a trowel to 10–15 mm thickness in one coat.
• For coats thicker than 15 mm, apply in two layers.
• Level the surface using an aluminum straight edge.
• Finish with steel trowel or sponge as per requirement.
4. Curing
• Light curing (sprinkling water) for 3–4 days recommended.
• Protect from direct sunlight, wind, or heavy rain during curing.
